First time with Viator; will definitely book them again. Nice hotel pickup; Tim "the tour guide" was wonderful - very knowledgeable, lots of information and stories, kept on schedule, directed us to the best lobster roll we've ever had on Long Wharf. Well worth the price. If only the traffic going back to Boston were lighter :)
The bus was freezing cold all the way and back. I asked the driver for tempter down, but it was ignored. Also the driver did not bring me to my hotel - Royal Sonesta. When I took Salam tour with other tour company, I had no problem at all. I gave the driver $10 tip, but not this tour.
Great tour! It was a day long excursion and well worth the time. Visiting these mansions takes you back to a time of opulence. Well worth it!
This was a very well organized and excellent tour! Our guide was very good. One caution the Cliff Walk does have one difficult section of rocks. Make sure you have good shoes and feel comfortable walking on uneven rocks. The mansions and ocean views are spectacular! This was a great day tour!
Excellent tour. Guide was great. Mansions were amazing!
