Predelica Canyoning Experience from Bovec

You'll be picked up at your accommodation in Bovec 30 minutes before tour departure. Later on you'll enjoy the 30-minute transfer to the parking on the intersection of Mt. Mangart Road and Predel Pass Road, close to Italy. Here you'll get warm wet-suits, technical and safety equipment, and bottled water. You'll walk for 20 minutes through the forest, mostly downhill to the canyon put in. Guide will perform safety briefing and demonstrations, then you'll practice abseiling. Once fully dressed, equipment checked, and ready, you'll enjoy canyoning in Upper Predelica for 2-3 hours. Return walk takes you back to the main road in 20 minutes via uphill forest to the parking by Mangart Bridge. Here you'll change to your private clothing. Full Predelica canyoning continues from The Engaged Fall. First, you'll have a relaxing short picnic lunch break to regain energy for up to 35m tall abseils and up to 6m tall jumps ahead. Below village Strmec the canyon narrows and the creek spills over layered cliffs in the shape of a fan. Beautiful views of Loška Wall awaits one's sigh, descending the Oblique Waterfall, Dreaming Waterfall, Waterfall of Predil, and Right-angled Waterfall, all from 15 to 30m tall. The last few hundred meters you'll be scrambling along the canyon, enjoying curvy layers in the walls. Tour ends more than 350m lower in Log Pod Mangartom (644m).
