Wine tasting on a day trip from Brasov

We all love a good glass of good wine : red , white or rose whatever is that you like the most . Italy , France , Spain , Chile , California they all have great tradition on producing wine but how much you know about the Romanian wines? We have more then 6000 years of history behind going back to the first civilisation living in Europe. We found in a very small town in the heart of Transylvania two tablets with something we believe to be the first ever written thing by man kind , and it is around 6000 years old , pretty much in the dame time when we start making wine . Azuga Winery that we are going to visit is the oldest one in Romania , from the still functional wineries, with a great tradition on Romanian prosecco white and red. Decantation is made using the good old fashion gravity and the whole making process is manual , using the exact same technique like hundreds of years ago. After tasting three different wines and a brief tour through the seller will head back to Brasov where we are going to have lunch at a traditional Romanian location.
