Scenic flight over Bratislava

You will meet Your pilot at international Bratislava airport (M.R. Stefanik airport - BTS / LZIB). After short introduction, we will go through airport security (like on normal flight) - but this time drinks are allowed. After that, you will be taken to our hangar by VIP airport taxi (Mercedes-Benz). There you will be introduced to your private airplane, Diamond DA-20 Katana, or Diamond DA-40, based if you will choose one person flight, or maximum 3 person flight. Our airplanes are exceptionally well maintained by all required regulations and beyond them. After short introduction, we will make sure about your requirements and ideas about out route, if You don't have any, we will start with standard route, which is includes old town, Bratislava castle, Danube river, Devin castle, Kamzik TV tower, to Pezinok, Modra, Cerveny kamen castle, Smolenice castle and back to the same airport (BTS). If you booked 60+ minutes flight, you will be able to control the airplane yourself, with explanation and help (if needed) by our pilot. This is 100% legal and pilot is still responsible for your (and aircraft) safety.
After landing, you will get back to airport terminal by same VIP airport taxi. We are sure, you will love this experience. It is unusual, exciting but still very safe. We can do night flight as well, so you can see night city from the skies.
Don't worry, you will receive detailed instructions about everything as soon as you contact us. We will explain everything in such detail, as you will require.
If You choose night flight, You will see less of sightseeing outside of Bratislava, but on the other hand, you will get unique experience of flying in small aircraft at night over the city. Night landing is very nice experience too. We recommend this to more adventurous passengers, because night-flight experience is more intense.
What about bad weather? Flying in bad weather is possible, but we just dont do it for your own safety and enjoyment. We fly only by VFR rules in good visibility – at least 10km. If your scheduled flight is canceled, you get full refund or option to fly another day, or later the same day depending on weather changes, so keep in mind that this activity depends on weather.
Can the flight be delayed? Unfortunately yes, in aviation it sometimes happens. The delay might not be caused by our fault but may arise in the air traffic control (waiting for clearance to land or take-off), or for logistical reasons (longer time of refueling – late arrival of refueling vehicles), or in some cases by the passengers themselves. This does not happen often, but please keep this in mind and try to understand us in such case. Statistically over 90% of our flights are on time. It is better to keep some time reserve in your plans after the flight for such cases.
