About this activity
Enjoy a hands on class learning how to make bespoke chocolate bars. Use couverture Belgian chocolate, handcrafted confectionery and coloured cocoa butters to make and decorate your take-home chocolate bars.
The 90 minute class starts with a glass of sparkling wine and brief introduction to the chocolates you will be using. We will explain how you can express your creativity by decorating your chocolate bar molds. You will get to take home all of the bars that you make, to share, or to enjoy yourself.
