Toowong Cemetery Ghost Tour - The Original

Meet your ghost tour guide at the beautiful front gates of Toowong Cemetery, just across the road from the Toowong Caltex. Once issued with a torch, you shall step inside the this vast necropolis. To add to the experience of the tour, torches are switched off during the stories, plunging you into the atmospheric darkness of the cemetery. As you walk through the darkened pathways and lawns your guide will share stories of the ghosts that haunt the cemetery, and those who encountered them. Some stories are funny and some are downright chilling, all of them interesting.

Expect a leisurely walk over 2 hours, with frequent stops for photo opportunities and dramatic story telling. After an eerie evening of ghost stories and possibly some sightings, your tour will finish back at the front gates of Toowong Cemetery.

Every tour is designed to be as creepy as possible without compromising client safety. Some sites vary in creepiness depending on weather, the behavior of clients, and the amount of traffic and nightlight. These factors cannot controlled. There is also a variation between people as to what each finds “creepy”. What one person finds creepy may not be to another. Group sizes are managed to create as creepy and eerie an atmosphere as possible.
