This was a very disappointing tour. Our guide was such a grump. He never smiled and was never enthusiastic about anything we saw. He did a good job of translating all his comments into both English and Spanish, but he really never engaged the group or showed any emotion. It was very boring. We had almost 90 minutes of "free time" to eat, which was a waste - we could have been taken to more places. The tour ended almost an hour late because of traffic, which was a shame. My MapQuest showed quicker routes, which the driver did not take. I've taken other Viator trips in other countries which have been excellent. This one was not fun.

The sites that we visited were beautiful. There was a luck of enthusiasm from part of the guide. It was hard to understand him sometimes. Very monotonous, not engaging. The group was large and he had to talk in both English and Spanish. Would not do this particular tour again

This trip was far too short and limited in showing us the sights of Antwerp. I have taken plenty of 'free' walking tours of European cities and those are packed with up to date information about the city's main sights. The tour guide, as pleasant as he was, was not engaging and gave the commentary as though he was reading from a travel guide. It was very expensive for what we got in return.

Very disappointing tour. We only saw 2 cathedrals and the Antwerp train station. There was more to see in this city and was not worth it. The guide was smoking as he was walking with us which was in appropriate. Would not recommend this tour at all.

This tour was seriously lacking and very misleading. There was no provided itinerary to plan the trip, the guide seemed to have been drinking and was constantly smoking and a large portion of the tour was observed at night when it was too dark to see anything. It should definitely start earlier.

The tour guide was terrible. He criticized passengers and although i think that he was fairly knowledgeable, he was not particularly forthcoming. He has few comments about even the most obvious features. He was bored and it was obvious that he would rather be someplace else. Even at the end of the trip, after he solicited gratuities, he was still impolite. i choose this tour because it was a Viator excursion. We have had great success with Viator but I would not include this among them. Apntwerp was great, spoiled only by the tour guide.
