Day 1: Bucharest

Visit the famous Parliament Building, the second largest administrative building in the world after the Pentagon

Visit the historical center and then the pedestrian area, which houses important tourist destinations, high-class historic-artistic buildings and antique restaurants

Stop At: Muzeul National al Satului "Dimitrie Gusti", Kiseleff Road 28-30 In King Michael I Park, Bucharest 011347 Romania
Visit the village museum, founded by a renowned Romanian sociologist in the 1930s. The museum is highly appreciated by both Bucharest and visitors because it is located in the largest park in Bucharest and it features 19th century farm houses, windmills, ancient stables, crushers and ancient fishermen and shepherds’ houses. Everything is immersed in wonderful greenery.

Day 2: Bucharest – Sinaia – Bran – Brasov

After breakfast, we depart to Sinaia, where we will visit the Peles Castle, considered among the most beautiful castles in Europe for its glamorous interior and for the beautiful and white tower rising on the façade. When it was finished, it was the most modern in Europe, with the thermal power plant, elevator and electricity

Visit the famous Bran Castle, better known as Dracula’s Castle. In the Middle Ages, Bran was exactly on the border between Wallachia and Transylvania, so it was essential for the inhabitants of Brasov to build and preserve a defensive stronghold.

Enjoy a walking tour in Brasov, a wonderful Transylvanian town, once entirely fortified, an important cultural, tourist and commercial center. Brasov impresses with its typically German architecture, where the Gothic, the Baroque and the Renaissance intersect to give life to an interesting and culturally very lively city. Visit of the First Romanian School, which is located in the oldest district of the city, and which was inhabited exclusively by Romanians, the Schei district, interesting for the entrances into the city that were carried out in medieval times through the Caatherine’s and Schei Gate, quest last of the nineteenth century. In Brasov we will also visit the impressive Black Church, the largest evangelical Gothic church in Eastern Europe, with a 65 meter high bell tower and a length of 90 meters, the church houses the most beautiful nineteenth-century mechanical organ of Romania. We will then admire the palaces and houses of the historic center, recently restored, with the Council Square which now houses a beautiful museum, and the pedestrian Avenue of the Republic.

Day 3: Brasov – Sighisoara – Sibiu

Stop At: Sighisoara Historic Center, Piata Cetatii Nr.1 Center of Sighisoara, Sighisoara 545400 Romania
In the morning we depart to the beautiful and ancient Sighisoara, in the heart of Transylvania, with its UNESCO heritage site and its medieval towers, the ramparts, the seats of the ancient craftsmen’s corporations. Here it was born the famous Vlad Dracula in 1431, in fact the prince lived in Sighisoara the early years of his childhood

Stop At: Medieval city of Sibiu, Piata Mare 12, Sibiu 550163 Romania
In the evening we will arrive in Sibiu, Romania’s most fascinating medieval city, with its three magnificent squares, the big square, which houses a large market, a small square with important museums, Huet Square, where you can see the most important sight of Sibiu, the ancient and imposing gospel cathedral, with a tall tower. In front of this Gothic building we will see the statue of the bishop. Entitled the European Capital of Culture in 2007, Sibiu enchants the visitor for its superlative palaces

Day 4: Sibiu – Alba Iulia – Corvini Castle – Timisoara

Stop At: Citadel of Alba Iulia, Calea Motilor, nr. 5A, Alba Iulia 510134 Romania
Visit this city which is very important from the historical point of view. It is here, in fact, that the event of Great Romania was held on December 1st, in 1918. Alba Iulia is very picturesque, with its citadel, its walls and its museums.

Visit Corvin' s Castle, the most beautiful in Eastern Europe, a city in Gothic style, where there were celebrated historical movies just for its beauty. We will thoroughly know the Corvini family and its history. We will then see the wonderful scenery surrounding the castle.

Stop At: Timisoara Historical Center, Timisoara 300003 Romania
fter Hunedoara we will go to Timisoara, in Banat, a region partly in Romania, partly in Serbia and in a small part in Hungary. Timisoara is an important university city with many eclectic and impressive buildings. Named the European Capital of Culture in 2021 Timisoara is the point where the anti-communist revolution that led to the fall of the regime began on December 17th, 1989

Day 5: Timisoara – Arad – Budapest

Stop At: City Hall, Bulevardul Revoluției 75, Arad 310130, Romania
In the morning we depart to Arad and when we arrive we will take a stroll to visit this fascinating city and buildings with very special facades. We will visit the famous Metropolitan Cathedral and we will take a stroll along the Bega River. We will observe the Union Square, with its historic palaces, the Liberty Square, the Neo-Gothic Palace of Culture, the Victory Square and the Red Church in its special secessionist style.

Stop At: Andrassy Avenue, Andrassy ut, Budapest 1061 Hungary
After lunch we depart to Hungary. We will then leave Romania to reach the other extraordinary European capital, Budapest. We will accompany you directly to the hotel.
