About this activity
Day 1: Bucharest - Brasov

In the first day, we'll pick you up from the Airport and start our journey in Transylvania. First stop will be in Sinaia for Peles Castle. Carol, the first Romanian king decided to build Peles Castle here. In the afternoon, we arrive to Brasov. We will visit the old center and Black Church, the reference point of the city. In the evening, we can take a ride to Poiana Brasov, the best-known Romanian mountain resort, where you may have dinner. Overnight in Brasov.

Day 2: Brasov (B)

After breakfast, we will head to the best-known castle in Romania, Bran Castle, associated with Dracula’s myth by the writer Bram Stoker. After Bran Castle, we'll visit Rasnov Fortress and we'll explore Fundata Mountain Village. Back in Brasov. Overnight in Brasov.

Day 3: Brasov - Sighisoara (B)

On the way to Sighisoara, we'll stop in beautiful Viscri Saxon Village, where we'll discover The Fortified Church. Also here, we can have a traditional lunch in a family little restaurant. Reach Sighisoara, accommodation and explore the Citadel - Unesco World Heritage. In the evening, we can explore another beautiful Saxon Village: Malancrav. Overnight in Sighisoara.

Day 4: Sighisoara - Sibiu (B)

Our way toward Sibiu, we will pass through Saxon villages, where you will discover castles and fortified churches: Biertan, Axente Sever or Valea Viilor. Around noon, we get to Sibiu. Once arrived to Sibiu, we will visit Large Square and Small Square, we will cross Bridge of Lies. From the Council Tower we will have a superb panorama of Sibiu and of the mountains. We will visit the monumental churches of the city: Catholic Church, Lutheran Church and Orthodox Cathedral. Overnight in Sibiu.

Day 5: Sibiu (B)

This Day will be a day in which we'll discover more of Transylvania. We'll visit Corvin Castle, Turda Salt Mine and Alba Iulia Citadel. Back in Sibiu. Overnight in Sibiu.

Day 6: Sibiu - Bucharest (B)

After breakfast, we will visit Astra Museum, the place where more than 300 dwellings of the old Romanian village are preserved. After that, we'll depart to Bucharest. Rest and visit the Capital of Romania. Overnight in Bucharest.

Day 7: Departure (B)

Transfer to the Airport for your flight back home.
