Our guide picked us up at our hotel and after some previews we were off to the enormous food market area of Bucharest. It was a very exciting place to see, smell and experience. The Market area could be a tour program in and of itself. Claudiu, our guide, gave us an overview of Romanian history, the history of food in Romania and he informed us about his techniques for some of the dishes that we enjoyed. If you love food and lots of it, this is for you.
