About this activity
After picking you up from your hotel in Bucharest, we will drive towards Prahova Valley, one of the most spectacular passes of Carpathian Mountains.
  • Our first stop will be in Prejmer village, where we will visit the fortified church, build by the Saxons in the 13th century. During dark periods, locals could find shelter in one of the rooms they were having reserved inside the impressive fortified walls. 
  • On the way to our next destination, we take a short break in Brasov, Transylvania's richest medieval city, where you will her the legend of Romania's largest Gothic church. 
  • Your guide will be more than happy to recommend you one for the local restaurants, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch. 
  • In the second part of day, you will climb a short hill, reaching Rasnov Citadel. Once the fortress provided shelter to the locals, Rasnov being a customs city between Transylvania and Walachia in the 14th century. 
In the evening we will return to Bucharest with beautiful memories and unique photos to share with your friends!
