Try the Hungarian Jewish cuisine
You will taste 3 dishes as the usual way in Hungary. First, we try the meat soup with matzah balls and vegetables. Hungarians always eat soup for a starter. Then comes the Chulet (Sólet), which is a typical Eastern Europian Jewish food made with beans, eggs, and smoked goose meat. Honestly, the way, how we make is not kosher, but the best in the world! :) We will finish our meal with a tipical Hungarian jewish dessert called Flodni which is going side by side with some Tokaji wine. Of corse if you want you can try the kosher plum Palinka (snaps) as well!
