- A: The Night Tour Bus runs every day except Monday from May to October.
- A: You are strongly advised to download the audio guide available for the tour. The audio guide will provide an English/Chinese/Japanese detailed explanation on the tourist attractions that you get to visit on the tour as you go on the tour.
- A: Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you an email confirmation. The email confirmation will include your reservation details and instructions on how to redeem your paper tickets. Please redeem your paper tickets to the driver directly.

- In the case of rain, the double decker bus will not operate. The themed city tour will operate only single decker bus.
- Busan City Tour Bus operates per normal even if it rains or snows. Regular Cancellation Policy will apply.
- In the case of very heavy rain that is judged, either by Busan City Tour Bus or the Busan Metropolitan Government, as not safe for the tour to operate, free date change or cancellation will be allowed.
