Let's make kkakdugi(radish Kimchi) at Busan

About this activity
I will briefly explain how to make radish Kimchi before starting activity. Since it takes about 2 hours to marinate radish with salt, I'll radish will be marinated first. After marinating the radish, make the seasoning sauce for the radish Kimchi. We'll make enough to give the guest extra seasoning sauce for the next time making radish Kimchi. During the break, I will make mixed noodles and serve them to guests. Guest make the radish Kimchi after marinating radish properly. I will provide guests with plastic containers for radishi kImchi. If there is a request from Guest after class, I will take guest to the nearby sea for a photo shoot.
