This tour was to be on our own with just a bus ride with guide to Seville. When we arrived the guide up-sold us on the full tour and, although it was quite a bit more expensive than we had planned, it was a very good tour. The only issue was that we were hurried through the Cathedral in order to get out and be given time on our own. We would have preferred to spend more time in the Cathedral.

Enjoyable tour spoiled by long delay in leaving Cadiz due chaos in meet-up arrangements caused by poor Viator wording of requirement for clients to contact local operator by email/phone for detailed meet-up instructions, and initial refusal of guide on tour bus to give summary of sights in Seville and provide map of Seville - latter subsequently remedied and clients given short bus tour of Cadiz on return as compensation for problems. Seville very impressive and well worth visit including interesting countryside drive from Cadiz. Drop off point close and easy walking to Cathedral, Palace, and city centre

The tour was exactly what we expected but we had great difficulty confirming it. I tried from home -- no answer. I had the ships personnel attempt to call, again no answer my tour guide the day prior to Cadiz was able to leave a message in Spanish to the company and I then received an email confirmation. I was almost ready to book something else. However the driver was prompt and it worked out fine Joyce

just got back from Spain. this tour isn't very well organized, - we wasted about 40 mins to wait for some ppl and they still didn't show up. On the way back we wasted another 45 mins for someone to get on the bus while other ppl were barely making to their ship. Even though it said that we'd see some of Cadiz, they didn't do any tour around Cadiz was no time.... I wish I'd see more of Seville too. There were people from 2 or 3 different cruise ships on the bus and b/c some ships were leaving earlier we had to be back to port earlier too. I deffinetaly don't want people to miss their ship but the tour should have looked into it and it shouldn't been so much wasted time to wait for people to begin with. Cadiz and Seville are very interesting towns and it's a shame that we didn't get to see more of them.

No opinion since driver/company representatives didn't appear as agreed for tour. Called at least 3 times to telephone number provided and no response. Had to hire a taxi driver from the port since we didn't want to miss the time allocated to being in Cadiz and ended up paying 230 euros. Hopefully it was a bad incident and doesn't repeat itself since many people count on these sort of tours when have brief time at port of call during cruises.

Loved this tour. Great directions to meet bus. Great guide on bus to Seville. Took us to central location, gave directions to sights, and gave clear instructions on meeting place and time to return. Seville was wonderful. Alcazar is not to be missed. Managed to find tour guide just starting English tour so skipped to front of line. Bus was right on time to return. Great experience. Highly recommend.
