Traditional Andalusian Cooking Workshop

Thanks to so many different cultures passing through Andalusian lands, the region is home to a unique cultural and gastronomic heritage. The province of Cádiz, together with the rest of the Andalusian provinces, offers a wide gastronomic variety that is known and appreciated by many people from all over the planet. Precisely that is what will be conveyed to you in this kitchen workshop.
Two of the typical Andalusian appetizers you will learn about, are salmorejo and gazpacho. Also learn how to make different tapas and pinchos (prochette) in a relaxed and familiar environment with the best fresh produce from the area. 
As a main course you will learn how to make a paella in the style of the chef. All this will be accompanied by sangria and local wines. Naturally there will be beer, soft drinks and water as an alternative. Finally, you will have a fresh and lightly prepared dessert. This cooking workshop will make for an absolutely unique experience!
