A Cannonau wine tasting that will reveal the authentic Sardinian soul

Upon arrival to the farm you will meet the staff who will take you on a tour starting with a walk in the vineyards to enjoy breathtaking views and learn about the farm's organic and sustainable production philosophy. You will then continue the tour in the wine cellar where you will learn about the different steps in the winemaking process including th fascinating Amphora wine fermentation method, a 3000 year old technique. After the cellar tour you will enjoy a 4-glass wine tasting focusing on our cannonau production. You will experience the different expressions of the native variety from the freshness of our Cannonau Rosè to the charming complexity of our Cannonau Reserve. The tasting will be paired with a very tasty snack including local products. At the end of your visit you have the possibility to purchase wine and other products in the wine shop on premises. The guided small group tour lasts approximately 1,5 hours.
