About this activity
1. The first step is to buy the Passport at our info desks, online or at the authorized service providers and resellers (Tour Operators, Travel agencies and travel companies).
2. See all the services and activities that accept passport credit directly on www.sardiniapassport.com or call our call center to know more about activities and services nearby to use your credit. At the first request for use of the credit, which is made through our call center, you will be sent a quote (except for restaurants and souvenir shops that can have variable puchases) with the relevant credit applied.
The offer will clearly show how much you will have to pay, net of Welcome to Sardinia credit.
3. We will confirm the service and apply the CREDIT, you will receive the confirmation by SMS, whatsapp or email with all the complete data of our partner.
4. With our confirmation you can go to the partner to use the booked service. At the time of the quote you will be told if the net amount is payable directly to our partner (cash or credit / debit card) or to Welcome to Sardinia (bank transfer, online with credit / debit card or directly in one of our Info Desks in cash). The amount you will have to pay in any case will always be net of the credit you are entitled to receive as the holder of the Passport
5. When arriving at our partner you will have to show only the confirmation you received by sms, whatsapp or email and the passport. At the time of use of the service, a stamp of the partner will be put in the VISA space (page 4 of the Passport). If you might experience any issues with our partner, you must contact us immediately, We will be happy to help you!
Restrictions: Please note that the maximum credit to use for the accommodation is 150,00 € (total value), transfer 50,00€, car hire 100,00€, activities and excursions 50,00€, Scooter&Bike rent 50,00€, restaurants 100,00 € (for a bill). Excursions and Activities are personal and the credits do not sum for the same activity.

- You will receive the Sardinia Tourist Passport on your arrival to Sardinia,in the airports, designated hotels, authorized resellers, our info points and of course in offices of Welcome to Sardinia in Olbia (via Leonardo da Vinci 30) or Cagliari (Via Roma 93 first floor)
- Please note you must advise us the arrival time and date!
- If you decide that you want to receive the passport sent to your home you can choose the option with the passport sent to you by mail. Please keep in mind the time it takes for the passport to arrive. We have no control over postal services. If you wish the passport to arrive by fast courrier it is on request and you will cover the courrier costs. We advise this option only if you are sure that the passport will arrive on time and you won't be able to pick up the passport on your arrival to Sardinia.
- Sardinia Tourist Passport works like a voucher that gives you credit to use for various services in Sardinia, it is not a voucher to the services itself. You will still need to choose and book the accommodation, transfer, excursion, restaurant or souvenir shop, but don't worry our call center will help you with it!

- Sardinia Tourist Passport permits you to use credit for services while you're in Sardinia. It is not the reservation of accommodation, transfer, excursion,car, retaurant etc itself. You will book the services with our call center after purchasing the passport.

- After each booking, you will receive an update by email or whatsapp with the used and remaining credit.
- It is advisable to always contact our call center and confirm the service in order to use the credit. Some partners may not apply the credit if the reservation has not been made before. If it might happen, we suggest you call us when you are at our partner to solve the problem.
- You will receive a duplicate at your accommodation in Sardinia or it will be sent to you by courrier (costs covered by you).The cost of the duplicate is 7,5€ and will have the remaining credit.
- You must immediately call +390707966254 in the presence of our partner. We remind you that it is important that you have made the reservation with our call center before using the services. We cannot offer assistance if we are notified after using the services and in the absence of our partner.
- The passport is valid for one year from the day of delivery. If you do not use all the credit you can request renewal for the second year at a cost of € 7.50 and get a new credit of € 150.
- The Passport is personal so it is not allowed to use the credit for individual services such as excursions. It is possible to use personal credit for all the other services which includes accommodation, car rentals, restaurant bills and transfer services.
- No, this is not possible because the passport is personal.The credit can be counted on a single passport. For example, the bill in the restaurant, even if there are 3 passport owners, will have a maximum credit of € 100 for the total table bill.
- The system is simple and has great advantages and provides € 150 total credit to be used for any service indicated in the passport. Not always the applied credit is 10% there are cases that it could be lower, but never less than 8% of service cost. The CREDIT will always be communicated to you while making the booking and you will be able to use it if you confirm.
