Atherton Tablelands Waterfalls and Rainforest Tour from Cairns

This fully guided day tour begins with a scenic drive up the Gillies Range, stopping for rainforest walks in search of native wildlife such as tree kangaroos and wallabies at both the Cathedral Fig Tree and the Volcanic Crater Lake Barrine. You may wish to to take a refreshing swim at Lake Eacham followed by a delicious lunch. 
The afternoon is spent traveling through the picturesque countryside for the day's highlights swimming at several pristine waterfalls, such as the famous Millaa Millaa Falls, plus a jungle trek to view the raging Dinner Falls and the Crater in Mt Hypipamee National Park.
Last stop is at the award-winning On the Wallaby Eco Lodge for tea or coffee and tropical fruit to round off your day before heading back to Cairns.
