Amazing tour overall. Great variety of activities within one long, exciting day. I recommend going up to Kuranda by historic railway and return by incredibly scenic sky rail. The Rain Forest Station Park was a delight and includes Aboriginal activities and performance. The buffet food was enjoyable as well. My favorite part were being able to feed and pet the kangaroos and marvel at the Butterfly Pavillion!

Great views from the Skyrail and Railway. Best of all we learned how to throw a boom-a-rang!

We came to Cairns only for the Great barrier reef, but only because we had no idea there was so much to do in this area! We are very glad we went on this trip. We took an old train up the mountain and saw some really neat views. We did some shopping at the shops in Kuranda before the butterfly exhibit. Then we were taken to Rainforestation where they fed us a good for a buffet meal and gave us time to take a picture with a koala or a baby croc. We then went on a Duckboat tour. The tour was very neat and informative, although I wish it were a bit longer. We then went to watch an aboriginal dance show. I didn't like the show very much as we had seen a different and better one the night before from a different company. After the show, the dancers took us to learn about a didgeridoo, throwing spears, and we even got to through a boomerang! That was great! We then got to tour the animal enclosure where they had dingos, a giant saltwater croc named Jack, and a cassowary. They even had Kangaroo and wallabies hopping around free in the main area of the enclosure. One of the best parts of the whole trip though, was saved for the end. The bus dropped us off at the Skyrail station and we took the gondola over the rainforest and down the mountain. IT WAS AMAZING! I would definitely recommend this whole trip to anyone already going to Cairns!
