About this activity
Day 1: Arrival Cairo, overnight Cairo (D)
Arrive; private transport to hotel.
Day 2: Pyramids tour, Overnight Cairo (B)
Visit Sakkara to see the step pyramid of Zosser. Move on to Cheops, Chephren and Mykerions. Visit the Sphinx, guarding a huge funeral complex.
Day 3: Flight to Luxor, overnight Cruise (B, L, D)
After breakfast, transfer to the Cairo airport to fly to Luxor. Sit down for lunch before visiting Karnak Temple and the Luxor Temple. Enjoy afternoon tea at 5:30 p.m., then a belly dancing show followed by dinner. Overnight in Luxor.
Day 4: Nile Cruise (B, L, D)
Early breakfast and a 7 am. departure for the West Bank visit to the Valley of Kings. Sail to Esna, and eat lunch 1 p.m. Afternoon tea at 5 p.m. Captain's welcome cocktail party at 7:30 p.m. followed by dinner and dancing. Overnight in Esna.
Day 5: Nile Cruise (B, L, D)
At noon go to visit Edfu Temple. Lunch is at 2:30 p.m., then you'll sail to Kom Ombo. Afternoon tea is at 5 p.m., and dinner is at 8 p.m. followed by a Galabya party.
Day 6: Nile Cruise (B, L, D)
Visit Kom Ombo Temple, then sail to Aswan. Lunch is at noon, then at 1:30 p.m. visit the High Dam, the Granite Quarries and the Temple of Philae. Dinner is at 7:30 p.m. followed by a Nubian folkloric show.
Day 7: Flight to Cairo, overnight Cairo (B)
Transfer to Aswan airport to fly to Cairo.
Day 8: Cairo City Tour, overnight Cairo (B)
Visit to the Egyptian Museum where you can see the fabulous treasures of Tutankhamun. Visit the old city of Cairo to visit the Hanging church, then the citadel of Saladin and Mohamed Ali mosque. In the afternoon, visit the Khan El Khalili market.
Day 9: Cairo - Amman (B)
Transfer you to the airport for flight to Amman. Upon arrival, transfer to Amman Hotel for overnight.
Day 10: Amman city tour – Jerash (B)
Tour of Amman. Drive to the North to visit the Greco-Roman city of Jerash. Overnight in Amman.
Day 11: Amman - Madaba - Mount Nebo – Kerak – Petra (B)
Visit Madaba, City of the Mosaics. Go to Mount Nebo, the place where Moses was buried. Drive to Kerak, via the King’s Highway. Overnight in Petra.
Day 12: Petra visit (B)
Walk or a short horse ride from Petra’s main entrance to the entrance of the old city, Al Siq. See the famous treasury monument of Al Khazneh.
Day 13: Petra – Wadi Rum – Dead Sea (B)
Visit the canyons the sand dunes of Wadi Rum by Jeep. Drive through Araba Desert Road to the lowest point on Earth.
Day 14: Dead Sea – Queen Alia International Airport. (B)
