Viator experience rating - 1/5. It was awful. They never confirmed anything about our pick up from the hotel in Cairo. We literally had no clue what time the pick up was or our flight info within the country. The company name and phone number listed on the voucher was different than the company that picked us up and had the tour. Our return flight was booked at 11pm even though the tour ended at 2pm, so we had to get a hotel room since we had no place to spend the afternoon and evening. Just an awful experience. Viator either has no information about the tour or has the information that’s incorrect. Cruise rating 3/5: definitely not 5*, but nice overall. We were charged for bottled water despite the voucher saying it was free. Food was consistently good. Guide rating 4/5: we liked our guide a lot. He helped us book a Cairo tour after the cruise was over, however, we got no confirmation email or voucher, which then became an issue. He was responsive in confirming our tour, but it left us with an unpleasant experience.
