The company website promised us an individual tour to suit our request in a minibus with plenty water. This never happened. First there was no communication from anyone within the company after booking, then we had to get our hotel owner to call the tour guide as he was late. The tour was set by the guide and not by us, so we ended up in places where it wasn't our choice. Also no water was provided apart from at restaurant at dinner. I don't know if these problems were due to the fact that the two companies (booking and guide) seem to be independent of each other but the day wasn't what we expected. Ashraf the guide however was a good tour guide, very happy to chat and high standard of English. Knowledgeable about the subject and the pyramids we visited.

Mona was great! We had a perfect day Cairo and Giza. Mona was so friendly and accommodated all that we wanted to see and do. The tour company Lets Explore Egypt was also very helpful and easy to work with. We couldn't recommend them more highly!

Completely customizeable we chose 2 places to give us longer in each. Our guide was superb and helped us to get the most out of our day, even arranging an unscheduled camel ride for a few of us. Minivan was comfy and arrived on time. Can't rate it highly enough. Thoroughly recommend this tour !!

It was amazing. The guide(Mr Eraky) was truly knowledgeable to Egyptian history and mythology. He was able to answer all the questions i had and actually loved to discuss. He was so energetic and passionately guided us. The way he tells was not boring at all but really made me aggressive to ask more

When they say private and customizable, they mean it! We were able to switch and add St. Simon's cave church on our list of 4 sites with no problem. That was a huge positive! Our other three locations were the Great pyramid and the Sphynx, the Alabaster Mosque, and the Khan el-Khalili bazaar district. We went on a camel ride, saw how papyrus was made into paper, attended a perfume and oils shop presentation, and sampled the local cuisine. He also took us to a great coffee house and during our whole tour we had great conversations about what we saw and the world today. He was very knowledgeable and had a passion to pass on this knowledge to others. Don't feel pressured to buy anything. But if you do, our guide was able to talk them down in price for us. It was a humbling experience in all and I highly recommend this tour and our guide Mady.
