Private Guided Day Tour in Giza Saqqara and the Egyptian Museum Including a Camel Ride from Cairo

Start your private day early in the morning at 8am as you will be picked up by your private, qualified Egyptologist tour guide from your hotel with a modern a/c van (WiFi on board).

You first stop will be Saqqara to see the Step Pyramid Complex(2700 B.C.) which is considered the oldest complete building od stone in history, the Pyramid and Causeway of Unas and the Pyramid Of Userkaf. Learn more about ancient Egypt and also explore the Pyramid of Teti( inside it you will wonder at the Pyramid Texts which are considered the oldest religious texts recorded in history) and the tomb of Kagemni. After lunch at a good quality restaurant, your guide will take you to the Giza plateau. See the Great Pyramid of Cheops and the smaller pyramids of Chephren and Mycerinus, Cheops' son and grandson. Take a few pictures from the panoramic area and enjoy your little adventure on a camel in the Sahara desert, then proceed to the Valley Temple and the enigmatic Great Sphinx. You will have lunch in a good quality restaurant.

Your last stop will be the famous Egyptian museum. Explore the animal mummy room, the mummy portraits and King Tutankhamun's jewellery. At extra cost, you can visit the Royal Mummy Rooms if you wish. At the end of the tour you will be transferred back to your hotel.
