This is a full day tour, mainly outdoors. Good walking shoes, a sunhat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are all recommended.

Physical fitness: Good (Able to hike, walk and stand for over 3 hours and tolerate the direct sun for more than 1 hour)

If you are a vegetarian or vegan, there are many choices in the Egyptian cuisine matching your diet and normally less expensive than a regular food. Another option, you can bring snacks or own packed lunch.
