We changed plans so we could accommodate a tour that we saw was available on Viator. At the time the tour was supposed to take place, no one showed up, no e-mail/phone call was sent to let us know that there was no tour. After we made phone calls and sent e-mails, someone finally reached out to us... the next day! We stood waiting for nearly half an hour outside at the meet up location, and even approached several people to ask if they were the guides. Apparently there was a glitch in the system that allowed that event to be purchased when it should have been closed. Hopefully this was a rare occurrence and no one would ever have this issue again.

Great tour, very insightful and Daniel was a great tour guide. Only slight downside is you couldn't enter any of the buildings.

The tour is done by a Harvard student, so really get the inside scoop. Rob was excellent!
