This is a long trip but really worth it. We had an excellent driver which made the trip even more interesting - thanks Vince. The War Memorial is fascinating and the museum interesting, although I was a little disappointed as it has a lot of work going on and you could not see all the exhibits. Proud to visit our Parliament House. Overall an excellent tour.

This trip is not worth it at all. The tour guide was absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! She spoke very softly and therefore could not hear anything she said. She hurried us through everything it was really bad. The driver dropped us off blocks from our hotel, after letting every one else off at their hotels and directed us in the wrong direction to walk to our hotel!! We left at 7 am and we got left off at 10 PM!!! WAY TO LONG TO BE ON THIS BUS!!! I do noy recommend this

Took our American friends for a tour of our Capital and all were really impressed by the great overview we got. A bird's eye view from Mt Ainslie, guided tours by an amazing guide, Bernard, of the War Memorial, Art Gallery and Parliament House, and a quick drive around the embassies were all included. The only downside was the sometimes lack of knowledge of our driver/guide who had unfortunately been given short notice of his duties for that day and had not had time to brush up on his information. A long day but certainly worth it.

This is a really nice tour to get a great overview of Canberra in just one day. The War Museum is amazing and I wish we'd had more time there, but we saw all the highlights and got a lot of information on the Australian government. Great experience.

The tour itself is ok but due to the long journey from Sydney, most of the time we are on the road. This trip is highly recommended for those who are really into Australia history and interested in the arts. 6 hours on the road is probably the killing factor.
