Our tour guides and driver did an amazing job at giving us an authentic and unique cultural experience that we will never forget. I highly recommend doing this excursion because you get a full Mayan experience that is one to remember.
There was so much marketing that it was unbelievable. Day 1 we were picked up at 7am. We did not even make it to the central pickup point, and our van pulled over and they were trying to sell all kinds of stuff. This happened all through the day and we did not make it to our first activity until 2pm! On Day 2 we were not communicated regarding pickup time and after multiple calls we were asked to pay for our own transportation and reach the central point. Day 2 was much better but I would not book with Viator. They have not been helpful at all.
