6 COURSE MEXICAN COOKING EXPERIENCES & FEAST
Learn how to make authentic Mexican dishes during this hands on cooking lesson at a private cooking school set in the Mayan jungle with a professional Chef. Prepare a 6 courses gourmet meal, and feel like a member of the family during this small group experience. Your experience would start with a greeting from our staff who would lead to our dining room where you would have a small Mexican breakfast.
Visit our organic garden where you would have the opportunity to know some herbs and chiles that we use in Mexican cuisine.
Once all the food is cooked, celebrate your culinary accomplishment with a traditional Mexican fiesta, complete with drinks, tequila and music.
Note that this tour does not include round transportation however its available at an extra cost.
We will happily assist you if you have any dietary restrictions or need vegan or vegetarian options, let us know before arrival.

The class was full of facts and a lot of fun. The class provides a foundation to build on. The instruction is interactive and the entire staff are knowledgeable and helpful. If you take this class you will not be disappointed.
This was an amazing way to experience the Mexican culture through a delicious 7 course meal that you help prepare. Chef Ale and her staff welcome you into their magical world at the edge of the jungle where you first got to enjoy Mexican coffee and cocoa with tasty pastries then walked out into the garden to forage fresh ingredients for the meal youd be preparing. You learn about layering flavors to create amazing dishes. Chef Ale encourages you to be as involved as you like so you can learn how to replicate at your home. At the end, we sat down with Ale and enjoyed a delicious meal. Would highly recommend this for anyone who loves to cook and eat authentic Mexican cuisine.
This tour was everything it was expected to be and more. The chef and her team were fun helpful and very impressive. If you are looking to learn about food and culture and have a great time this is the tour for you! Highly Recommended!
Alexandra is an awesome instructor and quite interesting person as well. We loved the cooking experience and have already used some of what we learned to treat our family to Authentic Mexican. Would do it again or other classes she offers.
