My wife and I did not enjoy this excursion. Here are a few reasons why: 1) TRAVEL: The drive from the resorts (plural because they stopped at 4 additional hotels) was long. It took 45-minutes to pick up everyone and an additional 40-minute commute to the location. 2) COMMUNICATION: Upon arriving, there was no communication nor was there coordination. There were several groups finished with their tour yet they waited 30+ minutes for the driver. When we finally located the starting point, the guy requested we pay $5 for locker to keep our belongings and insisted we pay $5 for ATV insurance. We provided $5 for the locker; however, the $5 requested for ATV insurance was not provided. Primarily because there was no paperwork stating I was liable for any damage AND for those that paid the $5 there was no paperwork provided stating they were exempt from liability. Of course the guy was angered by my refusal. 3) SAFETY: The zip lining is run by several teenagers. The fun and excitment was welcomed by their youthfulness; however, this became an issue when instructions on breaking/slowing near the end of the ziplines was not provided. As you can imagine the course expands throughout several levels of trees. During our 2nd or 3rd zip, my wife ran into a tree because the kid that sent her, told her not to break, and the kid on the recieving-end did not assist or inform her to break. The over-speed on a few of these zips was also observed by several other zipliners. 4) COMMITMENT: As indicated in this package, it includes lunch. As part of that lunch, bottled water is listed as an included item. HOWEVER, no bottled water was available. The only FREE beverage provided was water in a jar that was filled via a hose. Considering my wife is in the medical field we decided against the jar of water. We were left with PURCHASHING overpriced bottles of gateraid. 5) CLEANLINESS: The flies... that's all I will say is LOTS and LOTS of FLIES! 6) UNEVENTFUL: The ATVs has two important elements: Firstly, the terrain does not allow you to fully enjoy the ride. The trail is so rugged everyone (~15ppl) barely went over 5mph. Coupling this with the sharp turns and rocks... this was the slowest ATV I've ever observed. The second item worth mentioning is the excessive about of dust that is present. I'm ex-military so I do NOT mind getting dirty, but remember I said "5mph" we were practically stand-still and everyone was covered in the dust. #NEVERAGAIN
