Beach Clay Experience

Itinerary

In front of the beach we will do different types of yoga, meditation & ceremony, imagine an altar in the sand with flowers, seeds and fruits with the sahumador ignited and the smoke of copal incense, need your swimsuit to apply mud throughout your body while we meditate under the sun and then go for a good dip in the ocean.

Other times we will stretch the body and enter into a deep meditation in connection with your being.
