The pickup takes so long and will be dropped after 01:30 to 2:00 hours of park opening, so we have to cover it quickly and no time to relax as they show in photos. Otherwise both the parks were good Xcaret and Xplor.

Well organized event. We took Chichen Itza/Xplor trip. The female guide on the bus keep us entertained the whole trip to Chichen Itza, and very knowledgable about the Mayan culture. Very good. The male guide for our Chichen Itza tour explain the site and history ok, but was a little bit boring like a professor lecturing the history lesson in the classroom... He was not too bad, just not too entertaining. Still, i will give a 5 stars for this trip. For Xplor trip, If you like nature plus adventure, this IS the place you should not miss!!. The trip gives more than enough time to enjoy all the activities 2 lines of ziplines, swimming in the stalactite-filled river, rafts, circuits with amphibious vehicles, as well as the lunch buffet DELICIOUS!!! The underground cave filled with stunning rock formations that takes thousands of years to reach this points. the river flow through and we are swimming and rafting in between. That was an amazing feeling!! Also, the way the ziplines are designed, you don't have to figure out what is next when you finish one, it automatically lead you to the next one, and it ends at the starting points. What a genius design!! The buffet restaurant open from 11a to 5p, and you can go in as many time as you want, and eat as many as you like. Locker, shower, restaurant....all provided with your convenience. You get soak and wet during the whole activities, and at the end of the day, you get to clean up and change to a comfortable dry clothes. That is the best feeling. I highly recommend this part for all the adventurists!

Amazing tour! I did this tour with my boyfriend this Monday and it was perfect. We had a group of 9. It wasn't too big nor too small, perfect size. Pick up time for this tour is pretty early but its well worth the early am wakeup call. Our tour guide, Oscar was very informative and gave us really cool facts about the Tulum Ruins. After about an hour of keeping up with the tour guide, they gave us about an hour to roam around ourselves. It was pretty crowded and very hot so we took some pics by the beach. Some people actually went down in the beach, but we didn't because we didn't want to get wet after. Thankfully, we were given some umbrellas to help shade us from the hot sun. After the Tulum tour concluded, we were able to have a tequila tasting small shots, not normal ones. SUPER GOOD! bring cash for tip and also to shop around in the Mexican outlet, it had very good prices. After, the cenote was the best part of the trip! Bring water shoes since we didn't and got our expensive shoes ruined. Super cold but worth it. The lunch was ok but for the price, it wasn't bad.The beach that they took us to is actually top 10 on the best Cancun beaches so defiantly go in! This was a great tour and I would have done another tour with them if we had the time. Perfect for families and couples alike. They provided us with iced cold waters, snacks bananas and cookies, and a cold towel after the ruins!

Plenty of sights for the money. Cheaper than the tours offered by the resort too!

We did the Xplor and Chichen Itza tours over two days. Everyone enjoyed both adventures. We had a child as young as 6 who was able to participate and enjoy everything. Well run operations. Warning: Viator will tell you to contact for transportation arrangements 24 hours in advance but that is wrong. The operator wants confirmation 48 hours in advance. They were able to work with me anyway and we got it done but I had to log some phone time with the operator.

This was a fantastic 2 days. Xel-Ha is beautiful, a great place to swim and snorkel, run by a great tour company. Chichen Itza is a wonderful glimpse into history and if you've never seen a pyramid is a must see. I went with my sister and as 2 women touring together felt safe and cared for. The lunch on the bus and the knowledgeable tour guide made the rather long trip go faster. This bus company is really organized.
