When we arrived, we were offered an upgrade to a slightly small, but much less crowded boat. The boat offered better shade and more drink options. We chose to do it and were very glad we did. Well worth the extra $50 pp. the snorkeling was ok and Isla Mujeres is cute. Being on the water was very nice. We’d do this again, but only the upgrade ... the original tour looked way too crowded.

We had a great time on the tour. The staff was outstanding and kept the day exciting. Would do this again on our next visit. The only thing was the current was very strong that day and was unsure of doing the snorkeling, but those who did said, it was great.

The catamaran sailing was very good although I thought the snorkeling experience was very rushed .a nice day out with a good crew on the boat.

I would highly recommend this tour. The staff was awesome and super friendly. The complimentary buffet included delicious Mexican cuisine and unlimited drinks on the boat. The boat was not very crowded either. This sailing trip was the highlight of our Cancun trip. Please tip the staff generously as they work very hard.

The catamaran tour was definitely a highlight of our trip. We did have one issue, but it was partly our fault. We paid for the hotel pickup and we were there waiting for our ride and never connected. The pickup van is unmarked and while we were looking for our ride, we didn't find any vans or drivers looking for us. We later found they left after they were mistakenly told by a concierge that we weren't staying at that hotel. After a frantic taxi ride to catch our boat, all was well. The trip was good. The snorkeling was not that great with the guides feeding fish in our group so we saw something. The underwater tourist displays were a bit lame, but it was good getting in the water and snorkeling. The biggest problem with the snorkeling is you are in an area with lots of other boats full of tourists snorkeling. The groups intermingle and it's crowded. Overall, it was a great experience though.
