Great tour to the Chichen Itzá and the ik kil cenote! Our tour guide was very informative and we learned a lot! It was extremely HOT with very little shade so it’s best to bring an umbrella. The only thing I would say needs some improvement on this tour is the timeliness of when we departed at each stop and the buffet. I guess it depends on your tour group but we ended up waiting an extra 15-30 min before heading to the next stop because people don’t know how to show up to the bus on time which wasted everyone else’s time. The buffet was terrible and I wouldn’t even consider it a buffet with only 4-5 items to choose from. The tour does not provide free water so bring your own water if you wanna save a few bucks!
Carlos are tour guide was very educational. He was like a walking history book, and fluent in three languages. I highly recommend this tour, especially with Carlos, -Jesus and Darwin the driver.
Alexis was great! Very knowledgeable and great tour guide as well as others with him. The cenote wouldve been better if wasnt packed with so many people and long line to get in. Otherwise good experience
Excellent all around!! Galo was our tour guide and he was incredible! Bus was large and had plenty of space for any souvenirs purchased and bags. All of the stops up to and including the Chichen Itza was amazing and well worth it. Incredible experience! Highly recommend
The guide was extremely nice and he was very informed and was happy to answer any questions we had. He led us through various activities at Chichén Itzá and throughout the day to keep us entertained. Would highly recommend this tour and also very welcoming for children as well.
Carlos and Susanna were our tour guides. They spoke perfect English and Spanish and offered information in both languages. The bus picked us up timely. While en route to Chichen Izta, Carlos provided the history and other interesting background information about the sites we were visiting. He also taught us a few Mayan words and phrases and explained the Mayan numerical system. The buffet lunch was delicious and provided many vegetarian options. We had the opportunity to purchase our Mayan Sol y Luna personality profiles at the Mayan village where we had lunch--a fun piece of entertainment! I definitely recommend this tour! And hopefully Carlos and Susanna will be your guides!
Good tour, accomodating staff. Would go with them again. Knowledgeable tour guide. Con: maybe they should skip the gift shop since they are the same souvenirs at Chichen Itza.
This is one of the best guided tour ever had. The best of all is the friendly crew, their archeological knowledge, guided tour, local food, delicious lunch buffet, destinations, timely allocation, comfort bus and amazing experience!
A long day but what a great day, pictures can't really do Chichen Itza justice you have to see it with your own eyes, amazing. Our tour guide Ricciardo was fantastic, very knowledgeable, funny, thoughtful and kind. My 11 year old son loved it all but his favourite part was the Ik Kil Cenote at the end of the day.
Very knowledgeable guide. A good tour to gain a small look at the Mayan history. Although a long day - well worth the journey.
Our guide, Miriam was so knowledgeable and a lot of fun. We loved the tour.
From start to finish this was a great trip - we’ll worth the money and time. Highlights were the pyramids and the cenote. Ricardo, our tour guide, was excellent. He gave us a lot of facts but in a friendly and laid back manner. We learned much about the Mayan culture. Shout out to Mauricio and Martin
