About this activity
Your day starts at 9am at Marina Aquatours, located in Cancun Hotel Zone. Pay your dock fee, board your luxury ship, enjoy a light breakfast, and head out toward Isla Mujeres — the Island of Women — located about 12 miles (19 kilometers) off the coast of Cancun. Garrafon National Reef Park is the pride of Isla Mujeres, set upon the most spectacular stretch of beach along the Mexican Caribbean.

With this all-access pass, the Caribbean Sea becomes your playground for the day. Learn how to snorkel along the barrier reef and be amazed by the abundant and colorful sea life. Feel the rush of flying across the water in the only zipline that crosses the Caribbean Sea. After your adventures, dig in to a delicious buffet lunch. Grab a drink, have a seat in one of the lounge chairs or hammocks, and take in the ocean view, or swim in the infinity pool. All food, drinks, activities, and equipment are included. Return to Cancun by 5pm, just in time for dinner. The drop-off point is Playa Langosta at Blvd. Kukulcan.

I booked a tour with them for garrafon natural reef park. The entire time we felt rush and it felt like their only priority was to make money via extra charges that no one talks about at the time of booking. Below are some of the highlights of the negatives Check-in - the lady at the check in forgot to give me a wrist band for zip lining - once I reached the park, the people at the information desk wanted me to buy it again. I am not exaggerating but I had to literally waste 55 minutes (1. Due to long lines as if you fail to check-in to meet the 9am departure, they will load you on the boat and do the check-in at the park 2. Only a few people understood English properly, the rest kept repeating a memorized sentence) to get them to give me the band for zip lining. By this time we had already lost an hour of the 4 hours that you get to spend at the park before you leave for the d dolphin encounter at 2:15 Boat ride to Garrafon - pretty rough, a lot of people got sick. They can certainly use a better boat. They also keep trying to sell you other nonsense on the boat from their gift shop Garrafon park food - poor quality / no service / no signs to indicate it's self seatimv. There was 1 guy for around 40 tables. Sprite felt like water and the food was not refilled Garrafon park - at most 10 hammocks, over crowded pool and extremely sea making snorkeling and kayaking near impossible unless you are a very strong and experienced swimmer. Zip lining was pretty good though Dolphin encounter: actual encounter was fabulous but the events leading up to it were disappointing at best. Initially at garrafon, they told us to meet at the information desk at 2:15 but then we realize we actually had to go to the dock, we almost missed the boat. Once you are at the dolphin encounter area, more confusion will happen. The only instructions you get from them is get off the boat and put your stuff in the lockers - the rest you have to figure it out. They strictly do not allow any cameras. For a group of us 3, they quote me $180USD for 5 photos!!! $60USD per person!! I asked them atleast 3 times are you sure this is USD and MXN$ and each time their reply was USD. This kind of a rip off doesn't even happen in US tourist traps After you are done with the encounter, then everything will cost you money, sitting down, using the pool, food etc They will then try and rush you off the island on the earlier boats that will first head to Garrafon park and then to Cancun. More "fun" on the rough boat ride Overall, I was highly disappointed in their service. The only thing memorable was the dolphin encounter but you can choose a different company as their are plenty of choices. I do not recommend them
