This tour was fun...without a doubt. But upon arrival an upgrade was offered for $50 each. Didn't take it but with hindsight should have. The boat and crew was nice. Food served on beach was good too. But way too crowded. Maybe 500 all trying to snorkel in same location. Only had 25 mins in water before we had to get out and head to beach for lunch, then to Isla Mujeres where push street peddlers tried unrelentingly to get us to buy something. Was told after the fact that the upgrade goes to a more private snorkel location, a nicer place for shopping, etc. Would have been worth paying for the upgrade for sure.

This is the worst tour i ever paid for. To start we never got picked up I had to pay $560 pesos for a taxi to take us to the marina. I called and my hotel to the number on the confirmation printout but no one answered. Once there i was told i didnt have a confirmation for my trip. So they were gonna see what could be done. Rodrigo was awesome and put us in a catamaran and arranged my way back to the hotel. Snorkel was horrible food was flavorless Isla Mujeres overcrowded and all chairs are for rent. Not doing this again. Not worth anyones money

Great staff, great trip and lots of surprises along the way. Enough time to visit and enjoy all the places without having to rush anything

We had a big group, 23 people and they picked us up at Dreams and we took a 10 minute ride to the marina and departed for the island. We first stopped and went snorkeling and then headed to the beach club on Isla Mujeres. The beach club was awesome. Cool atmosphere and friendly staff. Great Mexican style buffet lunch. We then sailed to the downtown area and then back to Cancun. The staff on the boat were very professional and super fun. We had a perfect day and it was a bonus that we sailed out of the marina in Playa Mujeres.

I booked this trip for my mother and I on a Sunday. The hosts on the catamaran were so helpful and delightful. They fully explained the itinerary and what to expect as soon as we boarded. During sailing they played island music and distributed drinks non-stop!! The only disappointment came when we were told we would not be able to snorkel because of the weather (strong winds and currents). Of course this is out of anyone’s control. The beach on Isla Mujeres was beautiful yet crowded. But, I would definitely recommend.

The Catamaran trip was a lot of fun, all inclusive drinks and the staff got everyone going with lots of music. The buffet lunch was excellent, on a private beach, great food, we even needed Gluten free and there were a lot of options. The shopping trip was pretty good, a lot of bars, restaurants and shops. All n all a fun day!

It was great! I was surprised how much we did for such a low price - we went boating, snorkeling, ate lunch with drinks, and were dropped off in downtown Isla Mujeres where we shopped a little and laid out at the beach. The snorkeling wasn't great because of high winds and waves making it hard to swim, but otherwise it was a beautiful day, and the staff was helpful.

Both the Captain and crew made this a wonderful day out, only down side is the variety and quality of food at the buffet and the crowded snorkeling, all things considered well worth the trip

A great all day trip. Staff is fantastic and really makes it special. They serve alcoholic drinks all day, play fun music and speak both English and Spanish. Food buffet is solid and right next to an Ice Bar. Highly recommend and worth the money for sure.

The Catamaran was awesome and so was the crew, very entertaining, and really made sure we had a great time. The day was well organized, the snorkeling was fun, but a bit limited. The sail there and back was great., The island was fabulous, great beach, loved the golf cart adventure, prices a bit high on the main strip. The only downer was our ride back to the hotel for the group did not arrive so we waited 30 minutes then took the bus back to the resort.
