If you want to see paradise in Mexico, then you are on the right way! Isla Holbox is untouched piece of nature and not yet heavily touristed. The main transportation on the island- golf carts! The entrance of vehicles is not allowed at Holbox in order to protect the environment.

The streets of Holbox Island are made of white sand, common of Caribbean islands. In spite of Holbox' natural beauty, inaccessibility has left it unspoiled by mass tourism.

Holbox is separated from the mainland coast of Mexico by a shallow lagoon which gives sanctuary to thousands of flamingos, ibis, herons, pelicans and other exotic birds and creatures. Holbox is home to more than 150 bird species.. It's a fantastic spot for wildlife.
