About this activity
Itinerary

Start your tour with prompt, air-conditioned transportation from your hotel.

Head to our marina, where after checking in, you'll receive your complete snorkeling gear and all safety instructions.

Before boarding, you'll take an in-shore briefing where you'll get to test your equipment and learn other useful tips that will help you enjoy the tour at its best.

Once everybody feels confident and safe, we'll depart to our first stop, which is only 3 minutes boat trip:

1st area: coral reef, full of fish and marine life with an 8-12 feet depth, warm water, and few or non-sea currents.

2nd area: admire underwater statues from 2 submarine art galleries: "The blessings" and "Aquarium Family".

3rd area: time to find some turtles, 96-98% chances to see from 1-5 turtles! We might also see and swim with rays.

4th and last area: a shipwreck full of life, filled with colorful coral and many kinds of multicolored fish. The shipwreck is surrounded by crystal clear water and white sand, you’ll feel like you are swimming in a natural turquoise pool!

In the unlikely case that you get dizzy, we'll take you to the mainland with an assistant boat.

Finally, hotel drop off is offered.

Really good experience. Guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. They stopped off twice to see sea turtles when there were none at the second stop. Shipwreck was great all the tropical fish swimming round you was lovely!! The sea is amazing! And the photos that were taken were really good too! Thank you!

My family was beginners in snorkeling, all different levels of swimmers(me- the most nervous one who can only float). They guided us well with all the information needed. The guide had the doughnut ring where I was able to hold it all throughout in the water. It was a great tour, well organized and we all enjoyed it(including me, the nervous reck) very much!!! Also want to mention- they came about 30min. late to pick us up at the hotel, but they had called us(at my cell phone) and informed us that they were running late.

Amazing Trip. Loved every minute of it. Saw tons of fish and two sea turtles. The shipwreck is a joke as its really a fishing boat from the 1980s'. The guide explained everything and answered all questions. I believe her name was Maria perhaps. Maybe Marisol. I give this 5/5.

Our snorkeling excursion with Rosa and her crew was amazing! We are good swimmers but a couple on our boat was extremely nervous and they were so so patient with them. By the end, the couple was happily snorkeling along and were even the last to get out and into the boat! The crew took us to three different spots to show us ruins and fish, turtles, and a ship wreck. Rosa guided us at each location. At first I thought it was odd, but was so pleasantly surprised at how much we got to see this way. And even though we did follow Rosa, I never felt like I couldn’t take time to see everything I wanted. I highly recommend this trip and would happily do it again!

We were taken to 3 different sites that were all interesting. We saw lots of fish and at the third stop turtles. The company was good and I would definitely use them again.

This was an adventure that my family will never forget. My family and I had an amazing time. The staff was excellent and made us feel no worries. My husband and I are not experienced swimmers but they helped us experience the great coral reef even without swimming skills. I would highly recommend this adventure to anyone.

The amount of swimming needed for the beginner snorkel is way too much. Albeit we were onboard on a rainy and choppy seas kind of day. It was a lot of swimming and if you’re not a strong swimmer cancel if the weather is bad.

It was an awesome experience and fun. The shuttle arrived on time to pick us up. The snorkeling equipment was decent quality and clean. Staff were very helpful and attentive throughout the trip. I was nervous at first, but they really helped me gain confidence to enjoy it. Very beginners friendly. Best parts were seeing a sea turtle (if you can), swimming through schools of fish, and visiting the shipwreck. They had a very clean restroom, shower room and the towels after the activities. They also had a staff using GoPro to shoot photos. You can see all the photos after the activities and see if you want to buy it. Be aware the prices for email w usb versus email only were different and one purchase can share with multiple people. They also offered parasailing and wave runner rentals(when you joined one activity, you can get 10% off if you want to join other activities.) but we did not use that service.

So much fun, would do it again!!! It was a bit more swimming than I was ready for but worth it. We got to see so many schools of fish, star fish, and we even saw two large turtles. One of which swam right under us!! I definitely recommend the tour and paying for the pictures at the end, they're worth it!

Let me start by saying I'm jaded in that I've had the experience to snorkel some amazing live reefs around the world, swim with Hawksbill and the Leatherback Turtles largest species in the world and snorkel / dive some amazing shipwrecks in Aruba, St Maarten and a few other places, never mind stingray swims at Stingray Bay at the Grand Cayman Island. I'll start with the annoying start - a couple of clowns had the bus driving around to pick them up claiming they were in one location then moved to another 1/2 mile away and we got there, no sign of them - via phone they are telling dispatch relaying to our driver they are in the lobby of the hotel and just as we are about to leave, they pull up and park in front of us, getting our carrying their McDonalds - the bus should have left them behind as it put us all in a foul mood to have been manipulated like that, driver most of all. Once we got the port for the dive, the training was to go into the dirty port water - we passed on that opportunity as we've entire family including myself, my wife and two kids 11 and 13 had all snorkelled before. Once we were on the boat, we went out for the snorkelling. First stop was a reef. I'd say it's mostly dead but there are still fish around. Spotted one colorful small turtle sitting on the bottom, the highlight for me at that spot. My snorkel wasn't working properly so I spent a lot of time fussing with it. This is where the staff showed themselves clearly. George, our guide was constantly offering assistance, got me new gear to resolve my problem and even offered me a tow to get back with the rest of the party. He continued to help, in fact towing my son and daughter around a bit too when they tired. The second swim was to see some turtles. George worked hard to find them but having swam with the hawksbill and the leatherback turtles previously, this was disappointing. If you haven't had the opportunity to do this before, this would be interesting to see the little guys in their habitat. The third swim was the best in terms of under water life to see, including barracudas and puffer fish as well as the usual assortment of small colorful fish. For the last few people in the waters just as we were getting ready to leave, someone spotted a small 8 wing span stingray in the water so a few dove back in to see it. In all three swims, I have to say both the guide George and the driver also George did a phenomenal job of helping anyone who needed assistance from a tow to bringing the boat around to pick them up, etc. What would have been handy was to have towels for drying out after the swim and keeping warm. We were advised to leave everything at the port before departing - for me, I've enough insulation aka body fat to keep me comfortable but my kids were cold after each swim, as it was on the cooler side that day. Once we got back to port, they had dry towels, showers and change area to warm up and dry off. In the past snorkel excursions we've done, they've often had snacks and drinks - this trip had water - as well - something you may want to bring unless they change their practice. Their photo guy that was along as well to take pictures you would think he was part fish as he spent more time underwater than above. Tragically, in the end after all that swimming he did, there wasn't enough good pictures of our family to warrant purchasing the 265 photo package they did of the trip all 3 groups together I believe. In summary, incredible support from the two Georges and they definitely tried to make the best of their environment to do what they do but the environment itself is suffering - and I feel its only getting worse everywhere too.

Capt. George, Sgt. Rob and Paparazzi Ray were amazing and knowledgeable that really made the experience worth while. Paid for the photos, only got 20 of my wife and I out of 100 and no videos what so ever, which were promised. Other than that, great!
