About this activity
Be ready for pickup at 7am in Playa del Carmen and 8am in Cancun for this 6-hour eco-adventure. Head to Punta Sam, just a 15-minute drive away, and enjoy complimentary coffee, pastries, and fruit on arrival.

Your small group boards the boat with your guide, who will educate you on the whale shark, the world's largest fish, during the 50-minute ride to the feeding area. Then, for three hours, you'll slip into the water with the guide two at a time, to swim and snorkel with these graceful creatures. If you're lucky, other marine animals may show up for a swim as well.

Afterward, jump back on the boat and enjoy sandwiches as you head back to Punta Sam. The boat makes a stop at the charming offshore fishing village of Isla Mujeres, where you can swim in the crystal clear waters and enjoy a delicious shrimp ceviche before returning to Cancun.

Round-trip transport from your Cancun hotel, equipment, beverages and snacks, and snorkel equipment are all included.

This was an incredible experience highly recommend doing it but bring your own go pro as I had thought they would take photos and they didn't. That was the only downer because I was expecting to get at least one photo of the Whale shark. Guides were great and friendly.
