the tour operator is amazing excursions. We received adequate service as expected. Guide is very good. However the food aspect is not adequate. They gave us only one water bottle. I suggest be prepared to carry your breakfast, snacks and water. Lunch is not that great. Cenote is time consuming but very small one compared to one at Hubiku. plan for hiring a tricycle 125 for 2 people or bicycle 50 per person at Coba. Climbing is steep and slippery steps. if we have to finish it in less than an hour it would be rush trip. However you can tick off the check box that you have seen coba. We did not find enough time at Tulum also due to only an hour available for site seeing. No swimming time at all. I think we could avoid cenote and spend more time at Tulum and Coba.
