Wine Tasting in a Sunset Boat Trip with Food Pairing

Arrive before 5:00 pm to check-in and pay the dock fee (10 USD, not included in price) before boarding the sunset sailing boat. Once onboard your host will be introduced, and you can choose the best place for the views of the lagoon and sunset. This is not a overcrowded boat, is designed to fit for couples and friends to enjoy a beautiful sunset and evening with wine tasting. Just starting sailing and the host will start the order to the crew to start serving the first course. The Six courses are going be served chronologically as follows:
First course
Wine: Rosé Wine
Canape: Mini Caprese
Second course
Wine: Dry White wine
Canape: Cream cheese balls with tuna covered in walnut dust
Third course
Wine: Red wine from Rioja 
Canape: Skewer with tortellini filled with mushrooms and dehidrated tomatoes
Fourth course
Wine: German Sweet White wine 
Canape: Swedish meatballs
Fifth course
Wine: Red wine Merlot from Chile
Canape: Potato, bechamel sauce and ham balls
Sixth course
Wine: Sparkling sweet red wine
Canape: Sautéed potatoes with garlic paprika mayonnaise.
While we sail in the boat you will enjoy a changing environment due the sunset and due the different areas of the mangrove that we go around; lagoon, piers, mangrove, the lights of residential areas and we will pass just in front of the iconic La Isla Mall Shopping, where you can have a different view of the Big Wheel.
After the wine tasting courses, you have around 1 hour free to enjoy the views or to go to our upper deck where you can try your latin dance skills.
