Had a great time and certainly worth the price. I finally went swimming with the dolphins- it has been a childhood dream to do that- What a great time we all had. Happy 60th Birthday to me.
First, my complain is for the driver... we were ready to be picked up an hour before pick up schedule, unfortunately, the driver had to pick up another couple and waited almost two hour.. this is not fair... we lost our time, the driver supposedly left on schedule instead of waiting and waiting. Second: The swim with Dolphin was fun and adorable, however, the instructor was rude and not nice. too many people per session therefore it was very short activity. Beware of expensive pictures they're selling swim with Dolphin... If you want the pics, try to bargain. since we're not allowed to bring camera nor smartphone to take pics. We came back again for snorkeling with Dolphin after eating lunch. and it was a joke... we wasted our time and we didn't even snorkel with dolphin.... I suggest to skip this one and spend your time around Xel-Har Park. Our shuttle waiting around 5pm to bring us back to the hotel, so time was too short and limited. Other than those problems, everything was good experience.. Xel Ha is the best.. you will need the whole day to enjoy Xel Ha itself.
It's good for mix of younger kids and older kids (6-14). Swim with Dolphin is the must package for younger one in the morning and afternoon session with snorkeling with Dolphin. Zip line is good for younger kid and diving on the cliff/snorkeling is good for older ones. Next time we would like to try X-Carta when my youngest grow old. Only negative thing is short opening time, 9-5 is too short after eating breakfast and lunch there. Also ride took long time to stop by so many hotels. I wish we stayed till 8PM.
