Meet your guide in the morning with hotel pickup in Cannes, and head off toward Monaco, stopping along the way in the medieval village of Eze, one of the most picturesque sites on the French Riviera.
Dating from the Middle Ages, Eze was built on top of a rocky outcrop. Walk along the cobbled streets, and reach the top of the village to find the castle ruins and the exotic garden. Enjoy the view from 1,400 feet (427 meters) high, and then head down to the Fragonard Perfume Factory (Perfumerie Fragonard).
Your next stop is the village of La Turbie, also known as the 'Terrace of Monaco' because of its panoramic view of the principality. Admire the ruins of the Trophy of the Alps, a 164-foot-tall (50-meter) monument dedicated to Emperor Augustus, built circa 7 BC on the road that once linked Italy with Cimiez (the Roman quarter of Nice).
Continue on to Monaco, and visit the old town on Le Rocher, 'The Rock,' overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and harbor from 197 feet (60 meters) high. See the changing of the guard at Prince's Palace at 11:55am, and view the Carabinieri Barracks in front of the palace. You can also check out the Neo-Romanesque cathedral, built out of white stones from La Turbie during the reign of Prince Charles III. Monaco's princes and princesses, including Grace Kelly, are laid to rest here. Other sights include Justice Palace and the Oceanographic Museum. (If desired, you can visit the inside of Prince's Palace (8€ per adult, 4€ per child) or the Oceanographic Museum (14€ per adult, 10€ per child), or enjoy a short Monaco tour on the visitor train; entrance fees and activities are at your own expense.)
Afterward, your guide takes you into Monte Carlo via the Formula One Grand Prix track so you can see sights such as Monte Carlo Casino and Hôtel de Paris, which has the charm of the great hotels of the 19th century. When your time here ends, you will taken back to Cannes for hotel drop-off.

The tour was good in the sense we went to all the places that we paid to go to. As nice as she was, our guide was sadly more interested in talking about herself than the actual area we were visiting.
Very good tour, the guide Cathy was very friendly and informative. The lovely French Riviera villages of Eze and La Turbie were so charming. Then Monaco was a beautiful place to see. I enjoyed the tour a lot and definitely recommend it to explore the best places on the coast!
