Look down into the breathtaking Royal Gorge as this guided tour takes you over America’s highest suspension bridge. This trip climbs more than 1,500 vertical feet out of historic Cañon City to the south rim of the world famous Royal Gorge.
After admiring the depths of the Gorge as you cross the 18-foot wide, 1,270 foot long bridge almost a thousand feet above the Arkansas River, you will climb another 500 feet to the awe-inspiring views seen from Fremont Peak. From this high point, you will be able to see everything from Pike’s Peak to the Sangre de Cristo Mountains to the Eastern Plains of Colorado. Very few people have been determined enough to hike to this view much less have the option to be driven to it. On our way back down into Cañon City your guide will stop to show you dinosaur tracks left over 107 million years ago. This is a great trip for the whole family.
Your customized open-air jeep is modified with your comfort in mind. Your guides use air bag suspensions to smooth out the ride and thick cushion seats so you can view the spectacular scenery and wildlife that Colorado has to offer without worrying about the rough bumpy ride.

This was by far one of my favorite things we did on our latest vacation to colorado. Rick our driver was awesome and the views we saw were like we were stuck in a movie. Absolutely incredible scenery that at times made you feel like you were the only ones on the earth. So desolate! This is hands down a must do and you cannot beat the price! Worth every penny and then some.
Our guide was wonderful. He pointed out the interesting things along the tour. The view was breathtaking over the gorge and Skyline Road. I will definitely recommend it to friends and relatives.
Lovely tour guide showed us all around but be prepared to be scared going over this one ridge where it is straight down on both sides...crazy!
