- Dress for the weather. We recommend swim suits, shorts or synthetic clothing. Avoid cotton.
- Secure footwear such as sport sandals are ideal. Although we provide river gear free of charge.
- Minimum age is 13 years of age (16) during high water.
- Not recommended for participants with heart complications or other serious medical conditions
