About this activity

Your tour begins at Haulover Canal Launch Site, where you'll greet your guide and receive a safety briefing before boarding your kayak. Enjoy a 2-hour paddle along the river, spotting the large Manatees as they swim or frolic in the estuary’s lagoons and coves. Touching of these mammals is not permitted, however photo opportunities are abundant. Your guide is on hand at all times to supervise and provide information.

Your guide will lead you to the manatees’ favorite spots so that you can extend your time with them. However, don’t be surprised if you get a splash or a spray as the creatures come up for air.

The tour concludes at your original departure point.

This was an amazing tour. We did the 5 pm tour which was really cool because we could watch the sunset. We got to kayak right along side manatees and it was so cool. Then our guide took us around the area and we saw some wild animals such as a wild boar. It was an amazing trip! I would do it again!
