Stop At: Constantia Valley, Constantia 7806 South Africa

Depart the city with your specialist cycling guide and travel to the suburb of Constantia with its beautifully overgrown jungle-like green thicket that blocks out the sounds from surrounding roads. It’s like stepping out of the city and straight into the middle of a serene forest. Enjoy a guided cycle along 9 km of the Constantia Greenbelt, starting at Silverhurst and riding along the Keysers River, past Belle Constantia and ending with the Lower Tokai Loop.

Stop At: Cape Point Nature Reserve, Cape Town Central South Africa

Upon conclusion of this cycle route, meet up with your driver and touring vehicle to proceed on a drive via Simon’s Town to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Here you enjoy a ride through the reserve which is best experienced by bike – there is no better way to uncover its hidden treasures like the 1 100 species of indigenous plants, various small reptiles, mammals, antelope and zebras that call the park home. Be sure to visit the Buffelsfontein Visitor Centre that showcases all the plants and animals to look out for in a particular season and is full of informative signage. Enjoy lunch (to own account) and a walk to Cape Point Lighthouse before departing the reserve.
