Keenan is a trained pastry chef who now works as a recipe tester and food stylist. For Keenan, food is art, theatre, and a form of expression to showcase his creativity. He is extremely passionate about cooking, baking and mixing ingredients to create new fusion flavors. His cooking style has a huge influence from Thai, Indian and South African cuisine. Keenan cooks using old family recipes and reinvents them with a modern twist and contemporary plating.
Keenan is also painter and loves to paint pictures of the food he serves; he is even working on his first book with food illustrations painted by him. An experience with Keenan is all about fusion food served with some good humor and beautiful plating, along with interesting food and travel stories!
