Francis was a great guide. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We were travelling as a british family if 4, with 2 kids which Francis made sure were included and a part of the trip. He also did his best to accommodate and explain stuff to the italian/German members of the party. Highly recommended. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Thank you.(but make sure that you have cash ready for cape point and the penguins)

Great full day tour covering the entire cape. You'll spend the entire day driving stopping at the different towns and points of interest around the cape. It culminates at the Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point where you see the beauty of this part of the country. The guide was very informative and respectful of his country's history - we learned a lot!

Santana was an amazing guide, caring about our particular interests and expectations from the tour, but still keeping the program quite full and diverse. I loved every bit of the tour, including urban legends and remarks from the daily lives of locals. Thank you once again!!

Fantastic all day trip to Cape Peninsula, our driver Jeremy had excellent knowledge and was extremely professional and obliging and helpful. He took us a quick drive around Cape Town then we headed along the coastal road stopping at the best places for the best photos. We visited the sea lions and penguins at Boulders Beach an amazing site to see. We had great lunch in Simon’s town we all headed to Cape Point, my husband and I climb up to the top of the lighthouse where the views are breathtaking. It’s a long drive back so to try and break it up Jeremy stopped at places we missed, met lots of lovely people a must if going to Cape Town.

We had an excellent time on the day trip/ Albert was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable. He was very accommodating to ourselves and others and made sure we had a great time. It was a lovely way to see the cape and the outskirts of Cape Town. Great for a day trip: highly recommend.

I booked the above small group tour from Kabura Travel. I was very pleased with our guide Duntan (name may not be fully correct) who is very professional in discharging his duty both as the guide and driver. He is always smiling and high-spirited despite facing some hitch-ups along the way (problem apparently lies with the company giving the clients and guide-cum-driver different sets of timing for pick-up).

After the little hiccup of being picked up an hour late, the trip was great. The guide was knowledgeable about both flora and fauna, as well as the nature. There were many little stops for pics, but he asked before stopping, to make sure at least someone wanted to stop. All in all a nice day with dramatic scenery and nice guide.

The weather was extremely foggy in the morning, and I feel that the company should have let us know. It would have given us the option of opting out of the sightseeing tour, if possible. However, throughout the day, the weather improved, and all of the excursions planned were worth it. The penguin visit and Cape Point were particular highlights. In addition, the Two Oceans restaurant at Cape Point was outstanding, particularly for a tourist trap. I would recommend going on this sightseeing tour with some reservation, as listed above.

What makes this tour a winner is the absolutely amazing trip along the coastal road. The scenery and ocean views are simply outstanding. The other highlight was lunch at the Blue Marlin restaurant over looking the ocean in a casual friendly atmosphere which, even though the restaurant was full, did not seem crowded. Now for the less appealing part from our point of view: the crowds. This is the end of the season and yet they are overwhelming at all the feature sites such as the Cape of Good Hope and the penguins. I skipped both because hoards and hoards of tourists and idling coach engines are not my idea of fun. I shudder to think what a mob scene it must be during peak season and weekends.

Fantastic tour with plenty of time to explore coast line, visit sea-lion island and penguins and generally take great photographs. Small group. Terrific guide. Loved it.
