Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Cape Town
Stop At: Table Mountain National Park 8001 South Africa
Arrive in the fabulous Mother City – Cape Town, settle
into your centrally located accommodation - De
Waterkant.
Depending upon your flight time and the weather,
take the Cable Car up and down Table Mountain.
Then one of the best ways to truly know that you are
in Africa – is our iconic sunsets – so lets head up to
the hotel rooftop bar and say cheers to your great trip
ahead!

Day 2: Cape Town
Pass By: Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, 19 Dock Road, Cape Town Central 8001 South Africa
Free day to explore the City after a long flight. A great option is to get on the hop-on hop-off bus to explore the city (own expense)

Day 3: Cape Peninsula | Penguins | Wine Tasting
Pass By: Cape Point Nature Reserve, Cape Town Central South Africa
Let’s go see where our two oceans meet – at Cape Point. The
Indian and Atlantic Oceans becoming one in the gorgeous Cape
Peninsula Nature Reserve – look out for the fynbos & wildlife.
Then let’s get into the water to discover the African Penguin by
sea kayak followed by wine tasting at the Cape Point Winery
overlooking the full peninsula.
Then head back to Cape Town central for dinner at one of the
many top cuisine restaurants close by, followed by a night on the
town. Let’s get our dancing shoes!

Day 4: Cape Town
Pass By: Sandy Bay, Cape Town Central 8001 South Africa
Explore the beaches that Cape Town has to offer, a popular Gay beach is Sandy Bay.

Day 5: Stanford Valley
Pass By: Shark Cage Diving with Great White Shark Tours, 8 Swart St, Van Dyks Bay, Gansbaai, 7220, South Africa
Stanford is in the middle of many activities in the
Overstrand. You can choose to go Shark Cage diving,
whale watching or visit a Wild Cat Sanctuary.

Day 6: Garden Route
Pass By: Knysna Lagoon, The coast of the city, Knysna 6571 South Africa
Drive to Knysna and perhaps stop on the way to see the
Southernmost point of Africa.
Once you reach Knysna, wonder the streets around the waterfront,
choose to do a sunset cruise or go and sample some oysters - what this little town is known for afterall!

Day 7: Garden Route
Pass By: Garden Route (Tsitsikamma, Knysna, Wilderness) National Park, Knysna South Africa
Use your free day to explore the Garden Route -
Tsitsikamma forest is incredible for walks or for
ziplining and tubing at Stormriver mouth is
breathtaking.

Day 8: Karoo
Pass By: The Cango Caves, 328 Approximately 30km (19 miles) from town on the R, Oudtshoorn 6625 South Africa
We recommend driving up Swartberg Pass for the
views! On the way down, stop at the Cango Caves
for some cave dwelling.
Remember to eat an ostrich steak while you are in
Oudtshoorn!

Day 9: Franshoek
Pass By: Meerkat Magic, Scenic Cape Route 62, Oudtshoorn 6620 South Africa
Get up before sunrise and get ready to meet some
meerkats! This little colony starts leaving their
burrows at first light and you get to sit them from a
distance, coffee in hand, with some very informative
guides telling you all about these fascinating
creatures.
It will still be early when you are done, so hit the
beautiful Route 62 and grab some breakfast at Diesel
& Creme in Barrydale.
Try to get to Franschhoek early enough to visit a wine
farm

Day 10: Kruger
Pass By: Shindzela Tented Camp Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, 1380, South Africa
After breakfast, fly to Kruger.
Welcome to Kruger – home to the best Big 5 viewing – it’s
said that every game drive you see animal experiences like
none other and include all of the top animal groups. Kruger
is the King of Safari! Leopard, Lion, Rhino, Elephants, Buffalo
– come see it all right here!
Then travel through to your new home for the next three
days. A safari camp known for its friendly smiles and
authentic bush experience. It is not a luxury camp, but an
excellent value for money camp with some great sightings!
Once settled into the lodge – get ready for your evening
game drive with sundowners in the bush followed by an
open air boma dinner. Talk about a luxury romantic take on
an African dinner.

Day 11: Kruger Park
Pass By: Shindzela Tented Camp Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, 1380, South Africa
Rise early for an early morning game drive viewing –
its best to view the animals early in the morning or
evening as they are very docile midday due to heat
and keeping safe from prey. The lighting also makes
for the best photos. After the game viewing you can
enjoy a breakfast in the bush set up by the guides.
When you return you can laze around the lodge,
finished off by a traditional boma dinner.

Day 12: Kruger Park

Another early rise for your morning game drive – this

The pool at the lodge is a great way to spend the
hours before your next game drive – taking in the
sights and sounds of the beautiful wildlife around you.

Day 13: Fly to Johannesburg
